Make fresh pasta, ditch the box.

First and foremost, I’m a regular guy with a full time job. Sometimes I have a mustache, sometimes I have a beard. I do not have any formal chef training, just a thirst for knowledge and a shelf of cook books.

I grew up as a first generation Italian American in New England and pasta making is in my blood. It wasn’t until I moved out of my parents house at the great age of 26 that I started making fresh pasta of my own.

I currently live in Boston, Massachusetts with my wife and pup pup, Pierre. If he could speak he’d tell you he’s the official pasta taster. I enjoy everything when it comes to food whether it’s trying exotic fish or baking the crazy desserts from The Great British Bake-off.

From the minute I tried fresh pasta and realized how simple and easy it was to make, I was sold. Bye bye boxed pasta and hello fresh noods. The thing about pasta is that it is never perfect which means anyone, and I mean anyone, can make it. Well, maybe not Pierre because he doesn’t have opposable thumbs.
